Camp Registration

$425 Day Campers
$500 Overnight Campers

The Lacrosse Academy is for players 10 to 18 years of age with space reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to get your completed registration submitted with full payment, or a deposit, as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation notice via email, mail or phone when we receive your application and payment.

Medical Forms
A completed Medical Form is required no later than 30 days prior to your camp date. Online registrants, download your form here. Mail in registrants, your Medical Form is included in your Mail In Registration Package. Remember, this form requires a physician's signature. Be sure to save a copy of this completed form for your records. Online registrants must download this form here

Camp Session Availability & Wait List Procedure

Once a camp session is full we establish a Wait List. To be added to our Wait List please send us an email to thelaxacademy@aol.com with the camper's name, age, position played along with your phone number.

Procedure:
Placement on our Wait List does NOT guarantee future enrollment. Typically, Wait Listed campers will be enrolled in camp only when previously enrolled campers drop out. (For Ohio Session campers, if both sessions are sold out and there is a cancellation, a previously enrolled camper who wishes to switch session will have priority over an applicant on the Wait List.)

If you request to be placed on the Wait List we will notify you of space availability in the order your registration was received.

We truly regret if our sessions fill up and you do not get into The Lacrosse Academy this summer, we will be certain that you are on our advance notice mail list for next summer.
